Your PIN is an additional security feature of your Library account, and is initially set to your Library barcode number by default. The first time you use your PIN, you will be asked to set a new one.
If you can't remember your PIN, click the Forgot your PIN? First-time user? hyperlink at the bottom of the My Account log-in page. It will ask you to enter the email address associated with your library account and will send the necessary steps to change your PIN to you.
NOTE: The USC Libraries' staff cannot access your PIN if you have lost or forgotten it.
If you have any questions, you can contact the Doheny Library circulation desk (213-740-2924) for more assistance.
