Medmail is the email program used by Keck School of Medicine that gives users a “@med.usc.edu” email address. This email address does not allow users to access library resources.

All USC students, faculty, and staff who have Medmail accounts also are eligible for USC NetIDs and email addresses that end only in “@usc.edu.” It is the username and password connected to this email address that patrons can use to access library electronic resources.

If you are a faculty, staff, or student, you can activate a USC NetID, change your password, or get help on the USC ITS NetID page
or calling (213) 740-5555. If you are a resident, preceptor, or visiting scholar, or other status not listed here, your NetID was created by and managed by your home school's USC Computer Account administrator. See a list of these administrators for health sciences schools.
