USC Libraries has transformative agreements with Cambridge University Press and the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM). These 2 transformative agreements have no APCs for the author if they publish open access.

USC is a supporting member of Biomed Central and thereby provides USC researchers a 15% discount on APCs to publish in BioMed Central open access journals. As of spring 2021, this membership is paused and may be restarted at a later date.

USC has an institutional fellowship for BMJ Case Reports that provides USC researchers with a discount. Please contact USC Libraries for the institutional fellowship code.

For more information, USC researchers should contact their respective subject librarians.
