To access electronic resources (databases) from off-campus or from wireless devices follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Databases button below the search box on the libraries' homepage

  2. Type in the name of the database that you are looking for (e.g. ProQuest or Social Works Abstracts), then click on the Go button.

  3. Click on the database you are looking for from the results list.
  4. At this point you will be prompted to login using your USC username and password (USC NetID). Your username is the first half of your USC email address (before the @usc.edu), and your password is the email password.

As an alternative, if you log-in from our homepage first, then you will immediately connect to all databases when you click their links.

If you find a broken link or are otherwise experiencing technical difficulties, please report the problem.
