Group study rooms are available in Leavey Library, the Architecture & Fine Arts Library, the Science & Engineering Library, and Doheny Memorial Library.

*You can reserve SSL 204, in the Science & Engineering Library, by visiting the circulation desk.

Video Script: To reserve a group study room, start from the libraries homepage. Click reserve a room to see all the available spaces and their amenities. Once you’ve decided on your room you’ll be directed to to make your reservation. Find the room you’re interested in, look at the available dates for booking, up to 1 week in advance. Find the green slots to make your reservation and click continue. There you’ll enter your full name, your USC email address, and the size of your group. After you submit your booking check for a confirmation email. You’ll need to confirm your reservation within 30 minutes of submitting your request.


  • You must use an email address to book a room.
  • You can only reserve a maximum of two hours per day. This means that if you book two hours for a room at Leavey, you cannot book more hours for a room in Doheny for that same day.
  • For more information, see the room reservation policies.
  • *SSL 204 must be reserved at least 24 hours in advanced. The room can not be reserved more than a week in advanced.
