There are a few reasons why your print job may not appear in the queue:
- Make sure that you sent the print job to the correct printer. There are many printers scattered throughout the USC Libraries system, as well as multiple printers in some of the larger libraries. Your print job will only appear at the printer that you sent it to.
- The wireless connection in the building may be slow, especially for large files sent using https://libraryprint.usc.edu/myprintcenter/. These could take several minutes to upload. If the network is experiencing difficulties or is overloaded, print jobs may time out entirely. Many library units have computers hardwired to the printers from which files may sent directly. This will eliminate any lag from wireless uploads.
In either case, please consult with library staff members at any desk for help troubleshooting.
