USC is a member of HathiTrust, and USC students, faculty, and staff have full use of its digital library, https://www.hathitrust.org/digital_library.

Through our membership, scans of public domain books (mainly books published before 1924) can be downloaded in their entirety. To download a book, please go to  https://www.hathitrust.org/digital_library. Click on the Log In button at top right of the screen, and select USC fom the drop-down list of member institutions. You will be prompted for your USC NetID and password and validated via Shibboleth.
