Residents working at Los Angeles General Medical Center (formerly known as LAC+USC Medical Center) should contact their home department coordinator to request being set up as an iVIP. Names of department coordinators appear on USC Norris Medical Library’s Computer Accounts & Services page.

Clinicians working at LA General Medical Center with faculty status at USC have full library privileges to USC print and electronic resources. To manage your USC NetID or retrieve your password, visit the USC ITS NetID page or call (213) 740-5555.

Staff at LA General Medical Center are eligible for borrower accounts at USC Norris Medical Library that allows them to borrow physical books and use selected computer workstations in the library. 

LA General Medical Center also has its own medical library available to County physicians, pharmacists, nurses, students, and employees with LA General Medical Center photo ID badges and employee numbers.
