Yes, here are the steps for running API diagnostics at any Bloomberg Terminal on campus:
1) Close Excel completely
2) From the Windows Start Menu, select All Programs > Bloomberg > API Environment Diagnostics. The API Environment Diagnostic tool appears.
3) Click the "Start" button. The diagnostic tool tests your add-in.
4) If any red icons appear click the "Repair" button. The diagnostic tool attempts to resolve the issues.
5) When the repair completes, re-open Excel.
