Established in 1932, Doheny Memorial Library is a main attraction of USC's University Park Campus.

As of November 2019, Doheny houses nearly 500,000 books located throughout the library. This number changes regularly as the library acquires and removes books, or they go lost or missing.

The majority of these books are housed in the book stacks located in the interior of the library. These books are arranged alphanumerically by Library of Congress call number, so it's most helpful to locate the book on our website before searching for a book in the book stacks. If you need any assistance locating the book when in the library, please ask for assistance at the Circulation Desk on the main floor of Doheny.
