There are several locations where you may connect your laptop to a monitor so you can work with a larger display.
1. Leavey Library has several group study rooms with monitors and HDMI cables (but not keyboards and mice) for students to connect their laptops to. To reserve a room: Leavey Ahmanson Information Commons (Lower Level) http://libcal.usc.edu/booking/its Leavey 2nd Floor Group Study Rooms http://libcal.usc.edu/booking/lvl2
2. The ITS computer labs at King Hall (KOH-206) and in Waite Phillips Hall (WPH B34) have large monitors in both their open study spaces and collaboration rooms. You may check out an HDMI cable from a student worker by showing your USC ID. The study spaces are first-come first served, but groups have priority for the collaboration rooms. https://itservices.usc.edu/spaces/computingcenters/
3. For Marshall School of Business students ONLY: the Gaughan and Tiberti Library has 6 breakout rooms in the library with 45 more rooms upstairs in Fertitta Hall. All rooms have a computer mounted on the wall with a wireless keyboard and mouse. To connect a student laptop to the computer display, you may use your own HDMI cable or check one out at Fertitta Hall 305. You will need to leave your USC ID as collateral till you return the cable.
