If you are trying to log into the IDD page and only get a message with directions to "log out" you can do one of two things.

1. Try a different browser. Chrome has had the most problems with this error

2. Clear your cookies, cache, and any saved cookies. If you are not sure how to do this you can contact the ITS HELPDESK.
