Document Delivery is free to distance users. There is no charge for e-delivery of articles and book chapters.
However, if distance users request Home Delivery for a print item, they are responsible for mailing the books back to the Libraries using the return shipping label provided. These items can be returned via US Mail. The Library ships all books to distance users via United Parcel Service (UPS).
