Typical Turn-around Time for Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Requests

  • Article Requests: 24-48 hours
  • Book Requests: 3-5 days

Requested articles are often delivered within 48 hours, although more time may be required if the article is from a journal or periodical that is rare or difficult to obtain. You will receive an email with a link to view and/or download the file.  The link is valid and  available for 30 days.

Delivery of books or other physical items require 3 to 5 days, depending on the nature of the item (publication date, subject matter, rarity) and its availability through local and national sources.
